1. Origin of Games
   All content is supplied by studios that hold a remote‑gaming licence in at least one reputable jurisdiction (e.g. Malta, Isle of Man, Estonia). Before onboarding, each provider must furnish up‑to‑date certificates from accredited testing agencies such as iTech Labs, GLI or eCOGRA confirming compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards for random‑number generation.
2. Certified Random‑Number Generators (RNGs)
   Every slot, table, crash and arcade game uses a cryptographically secure RNG whose output distribution, seeding method and implementation controls have been audited and documented. 3. Provably Fair Technology
   Proprietary titles published under the SkinJoker brand incorporate provably fair mechanics. At the start of each round the server creates a hidden “server seed” and sends its SHA‑256 hash to your device. You may enter an optional “client seed”. After the outcome is revealed, both seeds and the round nonce are disclosed, enabling you (or any impartial observer) to reproduce the hash chain and verify that the result could not have been altered by the casino. 4. Ongoing Monitoring
   RNG outputs and RTP figures are monitored continuously. Any deviation outside the 99.7 % statistical confidence interval over rolling sample sizes triggers an automatic game suspension pending investigation. Audit logs are retained for a minimum of five years and are available to independent reviewers on a confidential basis.
5. Player Ledger Transparency
   Wagers, outcomes and balances are recorded on an immutable triple‑entry ledger. Transaction hashes can be exported into a standard CSV or JSON format for personal due‑diligence, tax or dispute‑resolution purposes.
6. Limitations and Disclaimers
   Fairness testing demonstrates statistical randomness; it does not alter the house edge nor guarantee individual profit. SkinJoker provides the foregoing safeguards on a voluntary basis; no governmental regulator presently oversees or certifies our operations.
